as well as our own.

If any individual or organization is serious about using Polarity Management
to enhance their effectiveness, we, in collaboration with them, will find a way
for them to learn about and apply Polarity Management. We will support non-profit
applications of Polarity Management through partial funding of the Polarity Management
Institute.

Our organizational composition, practices and policies will be based on the belief
that affirming diversity is both right and smart. This is based on the
more fundamental belief that each individual and each organization is always
unique and always connected to the rest of the world.
