A single Online Training Program costs $100 and takes 3 to 4 hours.
 
The four courses include 18 short lessons that take about 10 to 20 minutes each. Each lesson has a set of quiz questions at the end to make sure the concepts in that lesson have been understood. If a question is answered incorrectly, the person has a chance to review the content with clarifying information, understand where they made a mistake, and correct themselves when given a similar question. When all questions for a lesson have been answered correctly, 100% mastery credit is recorded for that person with that lesson. It is easy for
an administrator to check the records to see who has 100% mastery of which lessons.

Polarity Management Online Training Program provides a solid foundation for understanding and applying Polarity Management concepts and skills. It offers an effective, low cost option for instilling the PM concepts, language and skills throughout the organization. Because it is available over the Internet, PM insights can be quickly implemented throughout the company in support of fast, deep and effective change. As a core competency, Polarity Management is built into the organization rather than tacked on to it. Polarity Management Online Training materials are then available for reference in support of a sustained change effort.
 
The new program is a significant enhancement from the original Polarity Management book and the original computer program. The enhancements include:
 
  • A more robust map which now includes a Higher Purpose, Deeper Fear, and Synergy Arrows.
     
  • Much clearer action steps for managing a polarity well over time. These include Action Steps (Pro-active Steps) and Early Warnings (Responsive Steps).
     
  • A richer collection of polarity principles identifying how all polarities work.
Polarity Management Online Training is published through MindsOnFire (MOF), an intuitive and comprehensive learning management system. Each organizational entity has its own secure area within the PMA site where it may assign and access the courses. A direct link is provided so that employees (and other desired users) may save it in favorites or access it directly from the organizational intranet. The following is an illustrative, but not exhaustive list of features that is automatically available to each organizational PMA client. While the most flexibility is achieved by having PMA/MOF train your administrator, all of the options are available simply as a requested PMA service.
 
  • MindsOnFire enables an administrator to obtain training usage reports at anytime. Reports may include names, dates, time, scores and completion status and may be selected for the entire organization, any sub-segment of it, or any employee by name.
     
  • Reports are easily - single click - downloadable to any spreadsheet or database that can accept a flat file; your records are always available to load into other databases or for more extensive analysis.
     
  • Students always have a readily available transcript of their work.
     
  • You may require your learners to self register or you have the option of batch loading an entire personnel list.
     
  • You may establish an unlimited number of categories and sub-categories of employees so that assignments may be made and tracked in a way that matches the organizational chart.
     
  • PMA offers a variety of course evaluation choices. You may select pre-test (qualification), test-out (if the material is just a review), or mastery quiz.
     
  • And you may establish any mastery level that fits your organizational objectives.
     
  • A "re-take" quiz option is available that provides review material and a new question for any question that is initially missed. And you may enable learners to take the quiz as many times as they wish (last score is recorded score).
     
  • Using the survey wizard, you may create, or have PMA create, a survey of your own devising as an attachment to any PMA course. Standalone surveys may also be constructed and used as an integrated element of your change program.
     
  • You may suspend learners without losing their records when they leave the company. And you may enable any number of "subject-matter expert" employees to create and publish training for a nominal monthly charge.
     
  • The PMA/MOF partnership enables you to create and publish your own online training on MOF at an additional charge ($160 per published course per month).
     
  • Your company may also use MOF for online registration, testing and tracking of Off-line programs as well.
 
  Polarity Management Online Training Program Volume Pricing
 
PMA courses are list priced except for purchases in excess of 1,500*. Our judgment is that learners obtain as much intellectual concept and skill outcomes from the online version as they do for the instructor-led training (ILT) workshops. The affective outcomes are probably greater in the ILT courses. A "course" is one user clicking the "start course" button of any lesson in any course.
