    Hotel:
You can make individual arrangements to stay at the Days Inn (773-525-7010) though we were not able to book a group of rooms. You can ask for the “Manager’s Special” which will give you rates of $102.85 for a single (full bed) or $145.35 for a double (queen beds). You will need to call ASAP if your intention is to stay at the Days Inn because there are very few rooms left.

    Hotel Option #2:
The Willows hotel – next door to the Days Inn – has a block of 10 rooms reserved for PM/RTSC participants (under Polarity Management). Mention “Polarity Management” and you will be given the rates of $149 for a standard queen room or $189 for a double (queen beds). These rooms are on hold for PM/RTSC through September 8th, then any un-booked rooms will be let go. The Willows is located at 555 W Surf St, Chicago, IL 60657 (773) 528-8400.

The University of Notre Dame was kind enough to extend their facilities but we ran into a problem when we found our dates were in conflict with a N.D. function. We hope this has not caused any difficulty in scheduling.
