The Polarity Management Assessment Tool™ (PMAT) is a ground-breaking asset for consultants who have integrated Polarity Management® into their practice.

The PMAT is our new online survey and reporting software that empowers Polarity Management-based consultants to assess their clients leaders and organizations across a broad spectrum of criteria. Pre-formatted and customizable, the survey tool is scalable for a handful of executives or tens of thousands of employees.

The results of the assessments are Polarity-based reports on the vitality of an organization and the effectiveness its leaders. Polarity Management consultants use the reports as platforms on which to coach their clients to gain and maintain optimal performance in managing their unsolvable problems over time.
